Melanie Wright of the Sunday Times looks at ways households who rely on heating oil can reduce their heating costs including joining oil clubs. Melanie discussed with Chris Brown of the Oil Club the benefits of oil clubs and also why its best to fill up in the summer and top up in the winter.

We estimate the average user can save between £100 and £150 per annum being a member of The Oil Club
